• The software can paint a barcode or text which includes information such as the user name, computer name, printer name, time and date, etc, for printed material.
  No employee will try to use internal documents against the company when he knows that his name is encrypted on the document and it may boomerang on them.
• Winsert enables you to watermark all printings, add the company logo or text such as "company property" to each paper printed.
• Unclaimed printed documents can be checked to see who printed it and at what time.

Economy
Winsert assists in substantially reducing printing costs (such as toner and paper costs)

• Employees will not print private documents (personal studies, pictures, etcג€¦) when the company logo is printed at the back.
• The software makes preprinted pages obsolete since you can print on blank papers and the logo will be added at print time (even from software that don't support adding graphic elements).
• Winsert allows you to force all printing projects to follow set guidelines. For example, you can set Winsert up so that a printer will only print B&W even if the user sent a color printing, or force the work to be printed in Duplex. The advantage is that these settings can be customized per printer, per user, per document type, etc, allowing for a high level of customizability and flexibility.
